CMVES and Olive Branch Fostering partner up to promote a career as a foster carer

Olive Branch Fostering are an independent fostering agency based in Greater Manchester. They are linking with the College for Military Veterans and Emergency Services (CMVES) to raise awareness among military personnel and the veteran community about becoming approved foster carers.

Fostering is a very rewarding and satisfying career, both emotionally and financially. Every year thousands of children in the UK need a safe and loving home to stay. This may be because of family illness, family breakdown, unsafe living conditions or problems at home.

You can make a difference to a child’s life by caring for them and helping them enjoy their childhood. All you need is a spare bedroom in your home and an understanding disposition.

Olive Branch Fostering will provide:

• All the training required for you to become an approved foster carer
• A tax free fostering allowance of up to £400.00 per child per week
• A chance to progress your career within Social Care
