Service of Dedication – Ark Royal Avenue, Castleton, Rochdale

Sunday 25th February 2018, arrive 11:30 hours for 12 noon service

As part of an ongoing programme of events to mark the centenary of the Great War, a dedication will take place on Ark Royal Avenue, Castleton, OL11 2ST, to ensure future generations understand the sacrifices of the past.

The service will be held on Sunday 25th February at 12noon. This will be at Ark Royal Avenue and the organisers would like to invite all to attend the service which will last approximately 30 minutes.

As part of the dedication, a march will take place along Chalton Street leading onto Ark Royal Avenue. Commemorative road signs will be installed on Ark Royal Avenue.

Please arrive 11:30 hours, form up 11:45 hours for a 12 noon start.
