Help for Heroes Fellowship Event – Preston

Monday 19th February 2018, RAFA Centre, Preston, PR1 2NJ

This is a free event for veterans and/or their families. Come along to the Wings Centre (RAFA Centre) in Preston on Monday 19th February to meet old friends and make new ones. Lunch is provided.

The theme of our fellowship event is about the myths surrounding Help for Heroes (H4H). It is a one-off event where you can bring a friend.

Why attend?

• You might not feel you are eligible for support. There are loads of myths out there about H4H. Learn the truth about H4H and what we can do to help.
• Many people think H4H is just sport-related. Sport is great but fellowship is also amazing as well as everything else H4H does.
• If you’ve heard that H4H doesn’t support veterans in the North West of England that’s an easy myth for us to stop in its tracks.
• You are helping your mates get vital support when they need it most. They will thank you and appreciate you thinking of them.
